This modified version of our City Lights 4200 was completed in 1999 and still looks as beautiful today as it did when our building crew handed over the keys to the proud owners. The exclusive 5-lam Phoenix system is ideally suited to high mountain areas with extreme snow loads, and the airtight construction and positive solar / thermal gain characteristics make this house extremely energy efficient.

As with all of our pre-designed plans, the final design of this house was modified to meet the specific needs of the owners, featuring a loft level home office, a self contained lower level with two bedrooms, two baths, living area and kitchenette, and a main level with a huge master suite, great room, and an open kitchen / dining area with an island bar which makes it perfect for entertaining.

Our complete packages are ideal for containerized shipping to the port nearest your building project, and we´ll even help with making the arrangements to have the package delivered directly to the jobsite.
