We can even meet with your local officials to determine the best building locations on your site...we’ll help you make sure you meet the necessary standards for driveway locations and wildfire safety clearances. We can help in areas which require topographic profiles and soil movement charts.
  
• Assistance in obtaining your financing. We can recommend financial institutions who are familiar with our systems, and we’ll provide the documentation you need for your loan applications.
  
• When your package is delivered to the jobsite, we’ll be there FREE OF CHARGE to help unload and take an inventory to assure that your home is complete and free of damage. We’ll also spend a day to help sort the components and to be sure you or your builder understand the labelling system and are able to identify the parts and how they are described on the blueprints.
  
• While the building project is underway, we’re always available to answer questions. We also offer On-Site Consultation Service at very reasonable rates.
